This Sunday is Baptism Sunday and it is going to be amazing! I've only had a glimpse of the personal stories that will be shared on Sunday by those being baptized, and let me tell you they are going to blow you away. What God has done and is doing in these lives is miraculous. If there is a Sunday to make sure you, your family, your friends, your enemies, your in-laws, your ex, your lawyer, and your hairdresser are at church, this is it.

Oh, and don't forget to sign up for a Small Group ASAP!

1. I met with some of our ministry leaders this week and things kinda took a turn to the messy, and we were forced to work through some hard things that the enemy had been protecting for a long time. His attempt to sabotage our meeting backfired and Christ took some ground that night!

2. As I have been meeting and chatting with all kinds of people over the past few weeks I am heraring more and more about how the Holy Spirit is stirring an awakening in hearts and they are being compelled to go deeper with Him while He does bigger and bigger things.

3. One of the main door latches on the church finally got replaced so now we don't need to worry about it breaking and locking us all outside! Yay!!!

One of the greatest fears many of us hold is that something from our past will come back to bite us. We may not live that way anymore, and it may have only been once, but we are scared someone will find out or bring it back up to ruin us. God doesn't function that way though.

Seniors are invited to share a meal with us, connect with each other and hear some encouraging words at our Seniors Luncheon.

There is no set charge for the meal, it is by donation only.

A night of worship. Songs, Prayer, and creative elements will be used to set aside time to simply focus on God and give Him glory.

Konnect the Tots is a playgroup for parents and kids that takes place every Thursday from 9:30-11:30 at Amherst Wesleyan Church (6 Maltby Ct). There are toys and activities set up in the basement of the church for kids to play with! Everyone is welcome! (Enter through the parking lot side door!)

Mondays at 7pm

Come learn English and about life in Canada. This is open to everyone. We want to make this course available to everyone regardless of their economic situation.

Join us at the West Highlands Elementary Gymnasium for games and lessons designed to help kids grow in their confidence and character development.
