When we travel there are two foundational concepts that keep us safe and on our path. We need a well-working vehicle, and we need to follow the rules of the road. If we invest in those two things, we can handle almost any situation. The Bible gives us a lot of examples of people who understood this and made sure they had a healthy relationship with God and followed His rules. Two examples of this are Joseph and Daniel. Because they invested in these foundations, they made it through incredible trials and ended up where God wanted them to go.
