We all have families and every one of them has left us with some sort of baggage. Some of that baggage is pretty heavy, and at times pretty harmful. Things like neglect, depression, abandonment, condemnation, or unresolved conflict are some of the heaviest things, but there are some basic patterns that get passed down too that can weigh on us too. Regardless of what we have experienced in our families, God has made a way to get past it, and live so it doesn't weight us down.
Hebrews 12:1-3
Family baggage can't hurt us if we stop carrying it.
