We all have history with messy and problematic conflict in our relationships. Whether it is how we act or how those around us act, most of us do it badly! We either become a bull in a china shop or we run away and hide. Neither of those strategies helps. If we could do it differently though, we would find our relationships get better!
We need healthy conflict to sharpen our relationships.
