Vision
As we start this new year, let's make sure we are focusing on the right things at the right time. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except by Me." Don't fool yourself. New Year's Resolutions won't be the key to a changed life. What we need to do is make sure we are prioritizing Jesus in our lives. That's the way to life. Jesus isn't just a good guy or a helpful addition to our lives; He is life! |
Wins
1. AWC - Christmas Eve services went great, with 80 attending our first ever Christmas service on Dec 23rd, and then we were running out of room on Dec 24th! 2. Connection - Christmas Eve in Truro went great too, with over 90 in attendance! 3. AWC - It seems like the sermons have been cutting deep lately, with many people sharing how God is speaking to them and they are hanging on every word! 4. Connection - Conversations with visitors, plans for new events, and a growing interest in being discipled are all happening lately as God stirs in our church! |

Body PartsWhat's it mean to be part of a church? - Sunday, January 4, 2026 The comparison game is very common and also very toxic. It is also very rediculous! We try to figure out if we are more or less valuable than others and work to become more valuable or make others less valuable, but really it is like comparing apples to oranges; they are simply two different things. Like our bodies, we don't compare our hands to our feet! One isn't more valuable than the other, and we need them both. It is the same when it comes to life in the community of Jesus! 1 Corinthians 12 Following Jesus doesn’t make you part of a church, it makes you part of His body! For more infomation visit:
