Vision
The peace of God isn't the assurance that you will get what you want, or even the promise that you will have all you desire. I think the peace of God comes from three things. 1. The promise that those who put their faith in Jesus will have everlasting life, and no matter what happens here and when you die, death is not your end. 2. The reality that God sees your needs, cares about you, and will provide for you. 3. The presence of God that sustains better than food, water, clothing, or community. That last one is probably the one we think about least, and the one we seek the least. We would rather have God just meet our needs or give us eternal life. We don't really want to depend on His presence to provide peace while facing poverty, trials, pain, loneliness, uncertainty and chaos. We would rather just not have those things! Yet, we do have those things. I want a peace that passes understanding. I want a peace that leaves me settled in the middle of the storm. I want a peace that fills me with calm and confidence even when the world around me is burning. I want the peace that comes from the sustaining presence of God, not just relief from having my way.

Wins
1. We are having a lot of people showing interest in the youth fundraiser already! 2. This week I heard about a person stepping back from one of their commitments so they could be more balanced in what they are involved in, and I heard about another person getting more involved in ministry to keep them away from negative behaviours. Both of those things are so incredibly healthy! 3. Our Olive Branch men took a trip to Moncton on Tuesday to attend another ministry and God used it to dig deep in their lives! |

No Know-It-AllsTrue or False - Sunday, March 2, 2025 God wants His people to be knowledgeable when it comes to His Word, but oftentimes our pursuit of knowledge can lead to arrogance and pride. We're not meant to just be knowledgeable; our knowledge is meant to lead us to obedience. For more infomation visit:

XY Men's ConferenceApril 4-5 Pastor Brent Ingersol says this about XY: This year, we’re thrilled to be once again partnering with Tidal Church in Moncton to make the conference more accessible and impactful than ever before. We’re expecting and believing for over 1,000 men from across Atlantic Canada, Ontario, and Maine to gather for a time of worship, growth, and breakthrough. This isn’t just another event—it’s a moment for men to be challenged, encouraged, and equipped to lead in their homes, churches, and communities. I believe what happens here will ripple out to bless families, churches, and entire regions. For more infomation visit:
