Vision
We have a lot happening in the next 6 weeks! As Pastor Sheryl is preparing to move to Truro to lead Connection Wesleyan, she will be ending her time with us on June 2nd and taking the rest of June off. This means you will not want to miss the seminars and events that she is leading in May! And you don't want to miss her last Sunday preaching (it's her farewell Sunday too)! May 18th Stronger Together May 25th Suicide Awareness Seminar June 2nd Pastor Sheryl's Farewell We also have a couple of other events coming up that you will want to put in your calendar and make a priority. There will be more information about Amherst's Big Give in the coming weeks, but get it on the calendar now! May 26th extended service June 8th Amherst's Big Give |
Wins
1. About 70 teens attended the Youth Rally at AWC this past weekend! 2. We have been recently seeing invitations being accepted by people outside our church and they are noticing God's presence among us. 3. We are partnering with Inspire FM and Emerson Packaging for Amhert's Big Give this year, and we're excited to see what God does with it! |
Time to Wake UpFrom Now On... - Sunday, April 28, 2024 When you are just waking up it is hard to think clearly or even interpret information, let alone make big decisions. Often we need to go through a pattern or get some coffee into us before we start to think clearly and have the groggy fog lift. We often face that same fog when God starts speaking to us, and the only way to lift the fog and see what He is saying clearly, is to worship Him. Ezekiel 45:8-10, 47:1-12, 48:35 Proper worship clarifies life. For more infomation visit:
